切削测试切削测试是一种机床性能的设计评定,切削测试是在理想的金属切削条件下进行,先在机床上切削专用的试件,然后在坐标测量机(CMM)上测量零件加工成形后的特性。CMM数据的统计分析给出所需要的性能属性。
Cutting test Cutting test is a design evaluation of machine tool performance. The cutting test is carried out under the ideal metal cutting condition. First, the special test piece is cut on the machine tool, and then measured on the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) characteristic. The statistical analysis of CMM data gives the required performance attributes.
