卫生部关于实施卫生防疫站评审的决定和卫办(1996)第6号文件《关于进一步改革完善公共卫生监督执法体制的通知》,是深化卫生防疫改革,推动卫生防疫事业发展的二项重大举措。实施卫生防疫站评审,促进了政府和卫生行政部门对卫生防疫站硬件建设的重视和投入;6号文件的出台,初步理顺了卫生监督体制,促进和深化卫生防疫和卫生监督的改革,有利于稳定卫生防疫机构和卫生防疫队伍。各级卫生防疫站要抓住这个十分有利的契机,抓好卫生防疫站的梯队建设,提高卫生防疫站综合功能。
