利用定容喷雾弹和单缸机柴油机对煤油燃料的喷雾特性和燃烧特性开展对比试验研究,分析燃用煤油燃料对发动机动力性及经济性的影响.结果表明:与柴油相比,煤油燃料喷雾锥角增大、贯穿距减小.在标定不变的前提下,柴油机燃用航空煤油缸内放热率曲线与燃用柴油相比变化不大,最大压升率及排温略有降低.燃用灯用煤油相比柴油放热始点推迟,在标定工况预混合放热缓慢,在最大扭矩工况下预混合放热剧烈,最大压升率相比燃用柴油增加0.04 MPa·℃A-1,发动机排温降低.柴油机燃用煤油燃料的功率降幅在6.7%以内,油耗率有所降低.
In this paper, the spray test and the combustion test of kerosene fuel were carried out by using constant volume spray gun and single-cylinder diesel engine, and the effects of kerosene fuel on the engine power and economy were analyzed.The results showed that compared with diesel fuel, kerosene fuel spray The taper angle increases and the run-through distance decreases.Under the premise of constant calibration, the heat release rate curve of diesel-fired aviation kerosene cylinder does not change much compared with that of diesel fuel, and the maximum rate of pressure rise and temperature decrease slightly. Burning lamp kerosene than diesel starting point was delayed, pre-mixed in the calibration conditions, the heat release is slow, under the conditions of maximum torque pre-mixing heat release, the maximum rate of pressure increase compared with diesel fuel increased 0.04 MPa · ℃ A -1, the exhaust temperature of the engine is reduced.The power consumption of kerosene fuel for diesel engine drops within 6.7%, fuel consumption rate is reduced.
