避免医患纠纷,赋予患者知情权必不可少。患者的知情权与医疗机构告知义务是问题的两个方面,要使患者的知情权真正落到实处,医务人员“详尽的告知”则尤为重要。
Avoiding doctor-patient disputes and giving patients the right to know are essential. The patient’s right to know and the medical institution’s obligation to inform are two aspects of the problem. To make sure the patient’s right to information is truly implemented, “detailed notification” of medical personnel is particularly important.
