实验研究了浒苔粉和大叶藻粉替代50%市售藻粉对刺参内脏组织免疫性能和体壁成分的影响。以大叶藻粉和浒苔粉替代50%市售藻粉作为两种配合饵料饲喂刺参40天后采集实验数据并进行数据分析。结果表明,与基础饵料相比,浒苔粉能促进刺参组织过氧化氢酶的活性并增加体壁的含糖量(P<0.05),而大叶藻能提高体壁蛋白量并显著地促进刺参的免疫能力,从而使成活率提高(P<0.05)。因此,浒苔和大叶藻粉混合替代市售藻粉可作为更好的刺参饲料。
