本文通过实地问卷调查,从一个侧面厘清了科技人才的培养环境与个体需求、个体成长之间的内在关系,以期为政府和企业在科技人才培养方面提供参考。
Based on the field survey, this article clarifies the internal relationship between the cultivation environment of science and technology talents and individual needs and individual growth from one aspect, in order to provide reference for government and enterprises in the cultivation of science and technology talents.
