国家标准《铁路工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》(送审稿)审查会议,由铁道部主持,于1991年5月9~14日在苏州召开。到会的路内外专家和代表共74名。会议在听取了编制组的送审报告和5个专题汇报后,进行了认真热烈的讨论。与会代表认为统一标准按结构可靠性理论为基础的概率极限状态设计法进行编制,采用的理论是先进的,使用的方法是科学的,符合技术先进、经济合理、安全可靠、耐久适用的要求。该标准根据铁路的特点,对影响铁路工程结构可靠性的列车荷载、疲劳、混凝土和钢筋材料等主要因素进行了大量的调查、实际观测和试验研究,取得了许多有价值的数据资料。编制组根据这些数据进行统计分析并采纳了下一层次《铁路桥跨结构设计规范》的成果,提出了铁路列车荷载谱和结构疲劳可靠性的设计原则和方法,为解决铁路工程结构可靠性设计问题做了开
