新课改下,要求各科教师贯彻以生为本的教学理念。以生为本,就要求教师尊重学生间的差异,并避免采用传统一刀切的教学方式,从而让每一层次的学生都获得最大化发展。传统初中英语教学中,教师一般忽略学生间的差异,在教学时并未注重分层递进,因而教学效果不佳。基于此,本文以分层递进教学法为主要分析内容,结合人教版初中英语教学实例分析这一教法在课堂的有效运用。
Under the new curriculum reform, teachers from all disciplines are required to carry out the teaching concept of giving birth to students. Taking a student-centered approach requires that teachers respect student-to-teacher differences and avoid using traditional one-size-fits-all teaching to maximize the development of students at every level. Traditional junior high school English teaching, teachers generally ignore the differences between students in teaching did not pay attention to progressively stratified, and thus poor teaching effectiveness. Based on this, this article takes the progressive teaching method as the main analysis content, and analyzes the effective use of this teaching method in the classroom according to the English version of PEP teaching.
