战古,1963年生于哈尔滨市,字艺公,道号嗣古,号伏龙、扶桑居士、一墨清莲扶水啸天、隐竹霄枭、伏龙书画轩主。毕业于中央美术学院中国画系,硕士学位;英国剑桥大学博士。现任辽宁书画院院长。现为中国美术家协会会员,国家一级美术师、教授,联合国世界艺术东亚议员,中国齐白石艺术研究会高级研究员,中国工笔重彩画理事,中国名人艺术研究院研究员、高级画师,中华当代书画艺术研究会名誉会长,中国文化艺术研究中心调研员,中国三味书画院名誉院长,世界艺术家协会副会长,美国海外艺术家协会顾问,新加坡神州书画院艺术顾问。
