社会工作专业是高职院校一个十分重要的专业,此专业也是现阶段我国社会发展比较需要的专业,高职院校为了顺应时势开设此专业课程,这种做法值得赞赏,但是因为教学等方面的原因,使得社会工作专业的学生就业能力不高,久而久之,学生与家长都不认可这个专业,社会工作专业也逐渐的形成了弱势专业。本文首先对高职院校社会工作专业教学现状进行了介绍;其次对社会工作分段式教学组织模式的优势进行了阐释,最后探讨了社会工作专业分段式教学组织模式实现方式,仅供参考。
The social work major is a very important specialty in the higher vocational colleges. This major is also a specialty that our country needs more in social development at this stage.
