Laser damage to the human body is mainly the eyes, especially the retina damage, followed by the skin burns. The impact of laser on estrogen metabolism less reported. This article investigated the blood of 130 laser researchers, to further study the impact of laser on the human body to provide information. Report as follows now. The survey team of 130 people (88 males and 42 females) who were in close contact with the laser at the Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hefei Branch of the Institute of Plasma Physics and with an average age of 41 ± 5.13 (30-50 years) The length of service is 11.95 ± 4.3 years and the length of service is above 5 years. Types of contact lasers include solid lasers (ruby, yttrium aluminum garnet, neodymium glass), gas lasers (carbon dioxide, helium-neon, hydrogen cyanide, fluoride, nitrogen) and liquid lasers (dyes).
