我是江苏省淮剧团的一个演员,在剧团工作了二十多年,走过很多剧场。有的剧场确实很好,处处能为剧团着想,很使我们感动。但有很多剧场直至今天仍旧貌未变.我们剧团常年巡回演出在外,每到一个剧场,背包一放,蚊帐一挂,也就是又到了一个“家”。这个临时的“家”,无非是有个住处和吃饭的地方。可遗憾的是至今还有不少剧场就连这最起码的条件还达不到。居住条件很差,往往十几个人睡一个宿舍,床靠床,铺靠铺,蚊帐一挂,风不透,气不漏。房间没有一桌一凳,碗盆放在地上,写信只得蹲在床边。不少剧场白天无人正常值班,整天就为票务一趟一趟吵闹不息,弄得你没法休息。有的宿舍在台肚地下室,不见阳光,霉味熏人。
I was an actor in the Huai Opera Troupe of Jiangsu Province who worked in the troupe for more than twenty years and walked through many theaters. Some theater really good, everywhere for theater sake, it makes us moved. However, there are still many theaters that are still unobstructed today, and our troupes have been touring all year round. Every time we go to a theater, a backpack and a mosquito net hang, we come to a “home.” This temporary “home” is nothing more than a place to live and eat. It is regrettable that so far there are still many theater even this minimum conditions have not reached. Living conditions are poor, often sleeping more than a dozen quarters, bed by bed, shop shop, nets hanging, the wind is not transparent, gas does not leak. The room did not have a table and a stool, bowls on the ground, writing only squatting on the bed. A lot of theaters during the day no one normal duty, a trip ticket all day long noisy, so you can not rest. Some quarters in the belly basement, no sunshine, musty smoked.
