我是江苏省淮剧团的一个演员,在剧团工作了二十多年,走过很多剧场。有的剧场确实很好,处处能为剧团着想,很使我们感动。但有很多剧场直至今天仍旧貌未变.我们剧团常年巡回演出在外,每到一个剧场,背包一放,蚊帐一挂,也就是又到了一个“家”。这个临时的“家”,无非是有个住处和吃饭的地方。可遗憾的是至今还有不少剧场就连这最起码的条件还达不到。居住条件很差,往往十几个人睡一个宿舍,床靠床,铺靠铺,蚊帐一挂,风不透,气不漏。房间没有一桌一凳,碗盆放在地上,写信只得蹲在床边。不少剧场白天无人正常值班,整天就为票务一趟一趟吵闹不息,弄得你没法休息。有的宿舍在台肚地下室,不见阳光,霉味熏人。 I was an actor in the Huai Opera Troupe of Jiangsu Province who worked in the troupe for more than twenty years and walked through many theaters.
