采用Fénix试验评价7种沥青混合料的抗裂性能,以指导实际工程降低反射裂缝现象的产生。Fénix试验是一种通过计算试件产生断裂时消耗的能量(断裂能GF)评估材料抗裂性能的直接拉伸试验方法。结果显示:高性能聚合物改性沥青混合料具有最高断裂能量曲线,即最好的抗裂性能;且在5~-10℃温度条件下,抗裂性更显著。研究还通过四点弯曲试验的疲劳规律验证了以上结果,证实了Fénix试验理论下的结论:刚度水平相同情况下,断裂能越高,抗裂性越强。
The Fénix test was used to evaluate the crack resistance of seven kinds of asphalt mixture to guide the practical project to reduce the reflection cracking phenomenon. The Fénix test is a direct tensile test method that evaluates the crack resistance of a material by calculating the energy (fracture energy, GF) that the sample exerts at fracture. The results show that the high performance polymer modified asphalt mixture has the highest energy at break, that is, the best anti-cracking performance. And the crack resistance is more obvious under the temperature of 5 ~ -10 ℃. The study also verified the fatigue behavior of the four-point bending test, confirming the Fénix test’s conclusion that the higher the fracture energy and the higher the crack resistance under the same stiffness level.
