ATP 是一种辅酶,参与体内代谢过程,供给机体能量,因而被临床各科广泛应用。近两年来我们在临床上遇到11例静脉注射 ATP 引起不良反应,现报告分析如下:临床资料 11例中男9例,女2例,年龄14～78岁。慢性支气管炎合并肺心病5例,冠心病2例,充血性心肌病1例,阵发性室上性心动过速3例,其中合并心衰7例。用药剂量及方法:ATP20～40mg 加入10%葡萄糖20ml 中静脉注射。静脉推注过程中15秒～4分钟出现不良反应。主要表现为胸闷、心悸、气促、头晕、恶心、周身无力不适。其中颜面潮红、皮肤骚痒4例,心率减慢2例,分别
ATP is a coenzyme involved in the body’s metabolic processes, supply the body’s energy, which is widely used in clinical subjects. In the past two years, we encountered 11 cases of clinical adverse reactions caused by intravenous injection of ATP, the report is analyzed as follows: Clinical data of 11 cases, 9 males and 2 females, aged 14 to 78 years. 5 cases of chronic bronchitis complicated with pulmonary heart disease, 2 cases of coronary heart disease, 1 case of congestive cardiomyopathy, 3 cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, including 7 cases of heart failure. Dosage and methods: ATP20 ~ 40mg added 10% glucose 20ml intravenous injection. Intravenous bolus in the course of 15 seconds to 4 minutes adverse reactions. Mainly chest tightness, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, whole body weakness discomfort. Among them, facial flushing, itchy skin in 4 cases, heart rate slowed in 2 cases, respectively
