鲁迅早期在《河南》杂志发表的数篇文言长文,集中阐释了他对其时中国文化与文学革新的看法,由于这些文章表面所彰显出的极端思想,如排物质与笃精神、极端个人主义与反民主等,与中国的现代化取向存在着一定的紧张,从而令研究者极难措手,以至今天仍未对此数篇文章的思想作出令人满意的解释。而实际上,这只是惑于鲁迅文章的表象所造成的研究尴尬,鲁迅提倡偏至是以偏纠偏,而最终目的恰恰是为了取其“中道”。明晰此点,鲁迅的良苦用心与伟大之处不仅得到进一步彰显,其方法对于今天仍不无借鉴意义。 Lu Xun’s early essays in Henan published several classical Chinese essays concentrating on his views on the Chinese culture and literary innovations at the time. In fact, this is only an embarrassment caused by the appearance of Lu Xun’s article. Lu Xun advocated that partiality should be rectified, and the ultimate goal is precisely to take the “middle way.” To clarify this point, Lu Xun’s good intentions and greatness have not only been further demonstrated, but his method is not without reference to today.
