河南省自1995年12月郑(州)——开(封)高速公路建成以来,加快了高速公路建设进程。至2001年,已通车的高速公路达1065公里,由全国第13位跃居第6位。按照计划,河南省“十五”末将建成高速公路2500公里,“十一五”末建成高速公路3500公里,2015年建成高速公路4000公里,2020年高速公路“五纵、四横、四大通道”将全部建成。高速公路是专供汽车高速行驶的现代化公路,是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。高速公路也是现代经济的催化剂,对区域经济社会发展的拉动作用是多方面的。本课题从实证研究的角度出发,比较系统地分析了高速公路对河南省经济社会发展的拉动作用。
Since the completion of Zheng (state) - Kai (Feng) Expressway in December 1995, Henan Province has speeded up the construction of the expressway. By 2001, 1,065 kilometers of expressways have been opened to traffic, ranking 13th among the 6th in the country.
