本文通过液淬试验对含铌高锰钢和普通高锰钢中硬相的形成及奥氏体晶粒的变化进行了比较。提出:铌化物是在凝固过程中形成,具有细化奥氏体晶粒的作用,并分析研究了铌细化高锰钢奥氏体晶粒的机制。这对于扩大高锰钢原料来源,改善高锰钢的性能具有重要意义。
In this paper, the formation of hard phases and the changes of austenite grains in niobium-containing high manganese steel and ordinary high manganese steel were compared by liquid quenching test. It is proposed that niobium is formed during solidification and refined austenite grains, and the mechanism of niobium refinement of austenite grains in high manganese steel is analyzed. This is of great significance for expanding the source of high manganese steel raw materials and improving the performance of high manganese steel.
