为期1个月的激烈竞争,历经3场头脑风暴般的严峻考验,面对13名评委的现场打分。从36个选手中脱颖而出,第一位在公推公选中产生的鞍山市少先队总辅导员走上历史舞台。从民主参与、民主选举、民主决策到民主监督,近年来,我国各级党政机关、直属单位都采用了公推公选的办法来选拔任用干部。这是干部人事制度的一项创新,在我国民主建设方面进行了全方位、多层次的实践和探索,增加了行政管理的透明度、公正度,调动了广大青年干部的积极性,把优秀人才选拔到领导岗位上。如今,公推公选也走进了少先队组织中,走进了辅导员队伍建设中……
