在40℃高温胁迫下,用甘露醇(50μmolL ̄(-1))和蒸馏水(CK)处理小麦旗叶离体叶片结果显示,甘露醇能降低叶片脯氨酸含量。在实验后0~2h延缓蛋自质降解,增加过氧化物酶活性。在实验后0~4h能有效减少叶绿素破坏。说明低浓度甘露醇对高温胁迫下的离体小麦叶片具有一定保护作用。
Mannitol (50 μmol·L -1) and distilled water (CK) treated leaves of flag leaves of wheat at 40 ℃ under high temperature stress showed that mannitol reduced the content of proline in leaves. 0 ~ 2h delayed the degradation of eggs after the experiment, increased peroxidase activity. 0 ~ 4h after the experiment can effectively reduce chlorophyll damage. The results showed that mannitol with low concentration had certain protective effect on the leaves of in vitro wheat under high temperature stress.
