为了提高各种动力机械产品的质量及使用可靠性,延长使用寿命,充分发挥材料的潜力,使零件的重量减轻到恰到好处,则必然要求更加深入地综合了解材料的力学特性,其中包括高循环疲劳与低循环疲劳的复合作用下疲劳特性问题。由于下述的几个原因,高低循环复合疲劳的研究与工程应用,日益受到人们的重视。 1.大多数动力机械的一些关键构件承受着低循环载荷与高循环载荷的复合作用,再加上环境因素的影响,即使被叠加的高循环载荷幅值较低,也会引起许多构件提前失效。
