比较了氟哌酸肌肉注射和口服后在家兔体内的药物动力学,结果表明肌肉注射的吸收速度、吸收程度以及尿中排泄量均远高于口服给药。由此认为注射剂是一种有应用价值的值得研制的剂型。
The pharmacokinetics of norfloxacin in rabbits after intramuscular injection and oral administration were compared. The results showed that the intramuscular injection speed, absorption and urinary excretion were much higher than oral administration. Therefore, the injection is considered a worthy of worth developing formulations.
