在经济高速发展的今天,大量的道路桥梁工程不断的提上日程,因此对道路桥梁工作人员的质量和数量的需求在不断的增大。为了给我国道路桥梁工程的建设提供较多的人才、提供较高素质的人才,需要高职道路桥梁工程技术专业的老师在教学的实践中不断的进行改革与创新。笔者介绍了本专业的人才培养目标,结合自己的实践教学经历,提出了团队教学的思路和其他相应的改革教学措施。
In today’s rapid economic development, a large number of road and bridge projects are constantly on the agenda, so the quality and quantity of road and bridge staff is constantly increasing. In order to provide more talents for the construction of road and bridge projects in our country and to provide higher qualified personnel, teachers in engineering and technical majors of roads and bridges in higher vocational colleges are required to constantly carry out reforms and innovations in the teaching practice. The author introduced the professional training objectives, combined with their own practice teaching experience, put forward the idea of team teaching and other corresponding reform of teaching methods.
