98例绝对期青光眼患者经滤过性手术后配合药物治疗,12例视力得到提高,所有病例眼压较术前有明显下降,其中90例(91.84%)眼压得到控制,无严重并发症发生。32例患者术后1～10年随访,4例患者视力较术前提高,其中2例较出院时又进一步好转,28例(87.5%)患者眼压得到控制。其视力恢复与失明时间成反比。表明绝对期青光眼应及时、积极治疗。滤过性手术是治疗绝对期青光眼的一种有效方法。
Ninety-eight patients with absolute glaucoma were treated with filtration surgery and drug therapy. The visual acuity was improved in 12 cases. The intraocular pressure in all cases was significantly decreased compared with that before operation. The intraocular pressure in 90 cases (91.84%) was controlled without serious complication . Thirty-two patients were followed up for 1 to 10 years. The visual acuity of the 4 patients was higher than that before the operation. Two patients were further improved after discharge, and the intraocular pressure was controlled in 28 patients (87.5%). Its visual acuity is inversely proportional to the time of blindness. Show that absolute glaucoma should be timely and active treatment. Filtering surgery is an effective method of treating absolute glaucoma.
