目的探讨Prostasin在前列腺癌中的功能。方法运用RT-PCR方法检测人前列腺增生细胞株BPH-1,无转移能力前列腺癌细胞株LNCaP,及有转移能力的前列腺癌细胞株PC-3、DU-145中Prostasin基因表达情况。结果Prostasin基因在BPH-1和LNCaP中正常表达,在PC-3、DU-145中低表达。BPH-1中Prostasin的表达与DU-145和PC-3比较差异有显著性,同样LNCaP中Prostasin的表达与DU-145和PC-3比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.01)。BPH-1与LNCaP之间表达差异无显著性,DU-145和PC-3之间表达差异亦无显著性,(P>0.05)。结论Prostasin可能是前列腺癌的转移抑制剂。
Objective To investigate the function of Prostasin in prostate cancer. Methods The expression of Prostasin gene in BPH-1 human prostate cancer cell line, prostate cancer cell line LNCaP without metastasis and prostate cancer cell line PC-3, DU-145 with metastasis were detected by RT-PCR. Results Prostasin gene was normally expressed in BPH-1 and LNCaP, and was low in PC-3 and DU-145. The expression of Prostasin in BPH-1 was significantly different from that in DU-145 and PC-3. Similarly, the expression of Prostasin in LNCaP was also significantly different from that in DU-145 and PC-3 (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of BPH-1 and LNCaP, but there was no significant difference between DU-145 and PC-3 (P> 0.05). Conclusion Prostasin may be a metastasis inhibitor of prostate cancer.
