紫坪铺水利枢纽工程,是我国实施西部大开发的标志性工程,是四川省和国家“十五”期间基础设施建设重点工程,是迄今为止四川省建设的最大水利工程。工程位于成都西北60km的岷江上游河段,以农业灌溉和城市供水为主,兼有防洪、发电和环境保护等综合功能。枢细建筑物主要由混凝土面板堆石坝、溢洪道、泄洪排砂洞、冲砂放空洞和引水发电系统组成。混凝土面板坝最大坝高156m,水库总库容11.12亿m3。电站总装机76万kW,多年平均发电量34.17亿kW·h。工程总投资69.76亿元,工程建设总工期6年。五年风雨,五年奋战。在四川省委、省政府的领导下,在国家有关部委的关心、公司董事会直接领导以及省级有关部门和地方各级党政组织的支持下,紫坪铺开发公司坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指针,坚持“以人为本”,认真落实科学发展观,带领施工、监理、设计等参建各方上万名职工,发扬创业精神,发挥技术优势,精心设计、精心管理、精心施工,攻克了高土石坝、高速水流、高边坡和工程地理位置特殊、地质条件复杂等一系列工程施工难题,解决了工程正常施工与纵贯施工区的国道保畅之间的矛盾,取得了一个又一个重大阶段性建设成果,打破了上个世纪50年代末由于地质和技术原因此项工程被迫下马苏联专家在撤离时所作的此坝区不宜修坝的论断。工程进度满足计划要求。2001年3月工程开工建设;2002年11月按期实现工程截流;2005年9月30日工程下闸蓄水。2005年11月4#、3#机组相继投产发电;2006年底工程完建。紫坪铺水利枢纽的建设,可以有效调节岷江水量,发展都江堰灌区面积,增强灌溉用水保证率,缓解包括成都市在内的成都平原供水供电不足的状况,提高岷江中游和成都平原的防洪标准,从而对这一地区乃至四川省社会经济可持续发展起到重要的促进作用。 The Zipingpu Water Control Project is a landmark project for the implementation of the western development in our country.
