文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法,从整体性、综合性角度,对山西省普通高校“扩招”后体育毕业生就业现状进行研究。研究结果表明:山西省高校扩招后体育教师队伍数量严重不足、质量不高、结构不合理,高校体育教学不能适应素质教育和新的《课程纲要》的要求。如何提高体育大学生的综合素质、转变就业观念以适应社会发展的需要,这已经成为我们目前高等体育教育面临的一个重要课题。文章针对山西省高校体育毕业生目前所面临的就业现状进行分析,提出相应对策,以便对体育大学生就业有所帮助。
By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the current employment status of PE graduates from colleges and universities in Shanxi Province after the enrollment enlargement from a holistic and comprehensive point of view. The results show that there is a serious shortage of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province after the expansion of enrollment, the quality is not high and the structure is irrational. Colleges and universities can not meet the requirements of quality education and new curriculum framework. How to improve the overall quality of college students, change their concept of employment to meet the needs of social development, which has become our current higher physical education is facing an important issue. This article analyzes the status quo of employment faced by college PE graduates in Shanxi Province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to be helpful to the employment of PE college students.
