浙能乐清电厂一期工程建有2套600MW超临界燃煤发电机组(1、2号);二期工程2台660MW超超临界燃煤发电机组(3、4号)。锅炉均为上海锅炉厂有限公司生产的单炉膛、一次中间再热、四角切圆燃烧、平衡通风、全钢架悬吊结构、Ⅱ型露天布置、固态排渣超临界参数变压运行螺旋管圈直流炉。一期锅炉型号为SG—1913/25.4-M95,蒸汽压力25.4MPa/4.12 MPa,蒸汽温度571℃/569℃。其中:1号锅炉于2008年9月9日通过168h试运行,2号锅炉于2008年9月10日通过168h试运行。
There are two sets of 600MW supercritical coal-fired generating units (No.1 and No.2) built in the first phase of Zhejiang Yueqing Power Plant and two 660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units (No.3 and No.4) in the second stage. The boilers are all single hearths produced by Shanghai Boiler Works Co., Ltd., with one reheating in the middle, tangential combustion in four corners, balanced ventilation, steel frame suspension structure, type II open air arrangement, DC furnace. A boiler model SG-1913 / 25.4-M95, steam pressure 25.4MPa / 4.12 MPa, steam temperature 571 ℃ / 569 ℃. Among them: No. 1 boiler passed 168h trial operation on September 9, 2008 and No. 2 boiler passed 168h trial operation on September 10, 2008.
