首次对海上埕岛油田不同油层井采出水进行腐蚀性研究,测试腐蚀速度,探讨腐蚀机理及孔蚀趋势;同时对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)造成的点蚀以及其代谢产物硫化物对金属表面的腐蚀进行了探讨,对缓蚀剂进行了筛选;还根据各层层系采出水中的离子成分、垢物的形态等化学成分筛选出了防垢剂;结合海上特点选用晶体显微观察法、称重法优化磁参数,解决了海上油田地面流程的结垢难题。
