已有71年历史的上海二纺机股份有限公司是国家大型一类企业, 1992年初改为股份制企业,实行董事会领导下总经理负责制。现有职工5300多人,公司下有7个分厂,13个子公司。主要产品是细纱机、纺丝机、染色机三大类。 公司改为股份制后,如何搞好设备管理,是需要探索的一个问题。如公司每年要向社会公布经营情况,所有数据都要经过国际公认的会计事务所审计,固定资产帐、卡、物,增减都要有凭证,不能有差错,否则审计
