苯巴比妥(40mg/kg)与环磷酰胺(20mg/kg)合用可显著抑制小鼠 U_(14)的生成(P<0.05),也显著增加毒性(P<0.01);阿斯匹林(160mg/kg)与环磷酰胺(20mg/kg)合用可显著抑制小鼠 U_(14)的生成(P<0.05);阿斯匹林(160mg/kg)可增加阿糖胞苷(175mg/kg)对小鼠的毒性(P<0.01);氯丙嗪)2mg/kg)可增加阿糖胞苷)175mg/kg(对小鼠的毒性(P<0.01)。
Phenobarbital (40mg / kg) combined with cyclophosphamide (20mg / kg) could significantly inhibit the production of U14 in mice (P <0.05) and also increase the toxicity (P <0.01) (160mg / kg) and cyclophosphamide (20mg / kg) could significantly inhibit the production of U14 in mice (P <0.05). Aspirin (160mg / kg) to mice (P <0.01); chlorpromazine 2mg / kg) increased cytosine arabinoside 175mg / kg (Toxicity to mice (P <0.01).
