“六一”国际儿童节,我国照例会有一些色彩绚丽的美术片给孩子们增添节日欢乐。但近年来我国美术片存在着三多三少,质量不高,令人担忧。我国美术片中古的题材多,现代题材少。在影片中神话、童话、民间故事、民间传说等类古的题材占百分之八十,现代题材(包括部份童话)占百分之二十其中直接反映少年儿童现实生活的影片仅占现代题材的百分之二,这样的题材比例对一个拥有三亿八千万少年儿童的国家来讲是极不相适应的。美术片的剧本中是改编的多,创作的少。根据其他作品改编成美术片的占百分之八十,改编的剧本绝大多数是手法老套、内容陈旧,没有新意。改编得好的仅是极少数。在百分之二十创作的剧本中,也大都手法一般,内容平平。直接反映少年儿童现实生活的影片在近三年摄制的四十多部美术片中仅有一部《妈妈请休息》。象这类深受孩子们欢迎的影片面临消失,值得深思。美术片中追求形式的多,注意内容的少。有些影片看来形式新颖,但内容空洞。如去年美影积极筹备迎接国际动画电影节,四部短片采用的形式各不相同,但其中三部影片内容空洞。概括地说美术片中这三多三少如不改变,不仅会使我国亿万少年儿童失望,而
