基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立AZ31镁合金环件径轴向热轧的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型,分析轧辊转速对成形环件的应变和温度分布不均匀性以及轧制力能参数的影响规律。结果表明:随着轧辊转速的增加,等效应变分布愈来愈不均匀,温度分布由不均匀过渡到均匀;同时轧制力、轧制力矩逐渐减小。
Based on the ABAQUS / Explicit platform, a three-dimensional elastic-plastic thermal-mechanical coupling finite element model of axial hot rolling of AZ31 magnesium alloy rings was established. The influence of roller speed on the inhomogeneity of strain and temperature distribution and the rolling force energy parameters . The results show that with the increase of roll speed, the distribution of equivalent strain becomes more and more uneven, the temperature distribution changes from non-uniform to uniform, while the rolling force and rolling torque decrease gradually.
