The three-hole oxygen top-blowing nozzle used in production is often eroded at the center between its three holes, the so-called tip of the nose, so that the nozzle is damaged, seriously affecting the life of the nozzle. There is a reflow zone between the three holes of the three-hole nozzle (as shown in Figure 1). Obviously, this is caused by the continual involvement of gas streams in the surrounding gas. Due to the existence of this recirculation zone, the furnace gas and the high-temperature smoke and dust contained therein are constantly rolled into the tip portion of the three-hole nozzle and attached to the surface of the portion of the nozzle to erode the nozzle. Make the nozzle damage.
