2006年第1号根据《中华人民共和国种子法》第十六条的规定,现将由省第二届林木品种审定委员会第一次会议审定通过的杉木二代种子园种子等13个林木品种和认定通过的长乐火炬松1.5代种子园种子等14个林木品种作为林木良种予以公告(详见目录)。自公告发布之日起,这些品种在林业生产中可以作为林木良种使用,并在本公告规定的适宜种植范围内进行推广。特此公告二○○六年六月七日
No. 1 of 2006 According to the provisions of Article 16 of the “Seed Law of the People’s Republic of China”, 13 types of forest trees such as the seeds of the second generation of Chinese fir seed, which were approved by the first meeting of the Second Forest Variety Certification Committee of the province, Through the Changle loblolly pine 1.5 generation seed orchard seed and other forest species to be announced as a forest seed (see directory). Since the date of the announcement, these varieties can be used as seed trees in forestry production and promoted within the scope of suitable planting as stipulated in this announcement.
