用脉冲微反一色谱法研究了钒沉积对4种国产Y沸石催化剂的裂化活性的影响。随着钒含量的增加,不同沸石裂化活性的下降程度不同,其中SRNY沸石的钒含量为2%时仍能保持较高的活性,REY、USY及REUSY沸石在钒含量较低(0.5%~1.0%)时即已丧失活性。XRD考察结果表明,随着钒含量的增加,沸石的晶体被破坏,同时生成无定型硅酸铝及富铝红柱石,稀土转化为REVO_4。SRNY沸石具有良好的抗钒性能,从XRD图可见其中有稀土氧化物存在。TEM观察结果表明,沸石晶体破坏后,其颗粒由大变小,最终解体呈碎屑。
The effect of vanadium deposition on the cracking activity of four domestic Y-zeolite catalysts was investigated by pulsed micro-reverse-phase chromatography. With the increase of vanadium content, the degradation degree of different zeolites is different. Among them, the SRNY zeolite can maintain high activity when the content of vanadium is 2%, while REY, USY and REUSY zeolites have low vanadium content (0.5% ~ 1.0 %) Has lost activity. XRD results show that with the increase of vanadium content, the zeolite crystals are destroyed, and at the same time, amorphous aluminum silicate and mullite are formed, and the rare earth is converted into REVO_4. SRNY zeolite has good anti-vanadium performance, which can be seen from the XRD pattern of rare earth oxides. The results of TEM observation showed that the particles of the zeolite crystallized from large to small and eventually disintegrated into detritus.
