随着三、四线城市的发展,对微型电动车的需求正在呈几何级数的增长,业内估计产业规模近千亿元。微型电动车借观光车、老年代步车之名,绕开乘用车管理悄然上路,交管部门往往面对普遍违法、禁而不止的尴尬。目前,微型电动车仅允许在景区、社区使用。但在福建省、辽宁省、山东省、河南洛阳市、湖南娄底市等地,地方政府允许上牌上路。截至目前,全国已有13省市允许微型电动车上路。
