1983年7月31日,陕西日报摄影记者胡武功结束了在陕南的采访,就要赶回报社了。突然间,风雨交加,汉江水奔腾吼叫,一场特大洪灾在安康县城发生了。灾情就是命令!摄影记者的社会责任感,惊天动地的抗洪抢险场景,使胡武功毅然投入这一战斗中。胡武功发扬“一不怕苦,二不怕死”的革命精神,拍摄了近百张纪录灾情、反映抗洪斗争的新闻照片,并择优于8月3日、8月8日分别在陕西日报、人民日报和中国日报上发表。其中之一的《洪水袭来之际》(见本期封二),在荣获中国日报1983年度摄影比赛一等奖之后,在全国新闻摄影1983年作品展览中,又荣获中
On July 31, 1983, Hu Wu Gong, a Shaanxi journalist for photography, ended an interview in southern Shaanxi and was about to hurry back to the newspaper office. Suddenly, the ups and downs, the Han River water roaring, an extraordinary flood occurred in Ankang county. Disaster is the order! Photo reporter’s sense of social responsibility, earth-shaking flood rescue scene so that Hu Wugong resolutely put into this battle. Hu Wu Gong carried forward the revolutionary spirit of “One is not afraid of suffering and the other is not afraid of death” and filmed nearly a hundred photographs of the disaster and reflected the news photos of the fight against floods. They chose better than August 3 and August 8 respectively in Shaanxi Daily, People’s Daily And China Daily published.
