以马来酸酐和铵盐为原料合成环境友好型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP),并研究不同因素对聚天冬氨酸阻CaCO3垢性能影响以及聚天冬氨酸对CaCO3结晶过程的影响。结果表明:所得产品的粘均分子量M为5 700;当Ca2+浓度为750 mg/L,PASP的投加浓度为6 mg/L时,阻垢率为94.74%;当PASP的浓度为6 mg/L,在80℃的水浴中运行16 h时,阻垢率接近100%;PASP可以破坏CaCO3的晶格结构,减小其晶胞体积,使CaCO3的晶体无法有规则正常的生成和增长而发生严重的畸变。因此,PASP可应用于高钙离子浓度的水系统,在高温水系统中长时间停留,对CaCO3仍有较强的抑制作用。
