领导重要还是团队重要几乎成了两个对立的命题。对于任何一个组织,领导是其天然的代言人。不同的是,在不同的条件下,领导者的权力如何取得和如何发挥作用。但是,古今中外,一个成功的组织往往有一个好的领导和好的团队。而且,一般来说,好的团队是由领导者成功地建设起来的,并在运转过程中,对领导者也起到制约和推动作用。那么,如何成为一个好的领导并打造一个好的团队?《中关村》杂志对中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)副会长、华盛顿大学商学院终身教授陈晓萍女士进行了专访。日前,陈女士应中国人力资源开发网的邀请,在“迈向世界500强系列论坛”上进行了精彩的演讲。
Leadership important or important team has almost become the opposite of the two propositions. For any organization, leadership is its natural voice. The difference is, under different conditions, how the leader's power is obtained and how it works. However, at all times and in all countries, a successful organization often has a good leader and a good team. Moreover, in general, a good team is successfully built up by the leader and, in operation, also has a role to play in controlling and promoting the leader. So, how to become a good leader and create a good team? Zhongguancun magazine interviewed Ms. Chen Xiaoping, vice president of China Society for Management Research (IACMR) and a tenured professor of business school of Washington University. Recently, Ms. Chen made a wonderful speech at the “Toward the Top 500 World Series Forums” at the invitation of China Human Resources Development Network.
