目的了解天津市北辰区社区卫生服务机构消毒工作状况,为规范管理提供科学依据。方法 2010—2012年对北辰区13家社区卫生服务机构,采用现场调查和采样检测方法对其消毒灭菌效果进行监测。结果 2010—2012年连续3年共采样476份,合格416份,总合格率87.39%,医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒剂、室内空气、紫外线灯和压力灭菌器合格率分别为86.67%、95.24%、98.25%、66.67%、82.26%和100.00%,空气消毒质量连续3年合格率分别为50.00%、63.16%和84.21%。结论北辰区社区卫生服务机构总体消毒质量不高,空气消毒合格率尽管逐年在提高,但总体合格率仍较低,需进一步加强管理,提高消毒质量。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection in community health service agencies in Beichen District, Tianjin, and to provide a scientific basis for standardized management. Methods From 2010 to 2012, 13 community health service agencies in Beichen district were monitored by on-site investigation and sampling and testing methods. Results A total of 476 samples were obtained, with a total of 416 samples passing the three-year period from 2010 to 2012, with a total pass rate of 87.39%. The passing rates of the hand, the surface of the object, the disinfectant in use, indoor air, UV lamp and pressure sterilizer were 86.67 %, 95.24%, 98.25%, 66.67%, 82.26% and 100.00% respectively. The passing rates of air disinfection quality for three consecutive years were 50.00%, 63.16% and 84.21% respectively. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of community health service institutions in Beichen District is not high. Although the pass rate of air disinfection is increasing year by year, the overall pass rate is still low, so it is necessary to further strengthen management and improve the quality of disinfection.
