目的观察转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)苯那普利拉(Benazeprilat)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)肾小球系膜细胞增殖的影响.方法采用细胞培养和3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)参入技术.结果(1)血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)组的3H-TdR参入率高于对照组;(2)AngⅡ加Benazeprilat组的3H-TdR参入率低于AngⅡ组;(3)AngⅡ对SHR肾小球系膜细胞增殖的刺激作用和Benazeprilat的抑制作用呈剂量依赖关系.结论苯那普利拉能逆转AngⅡ对SHR肾小球系膜细胞的增殖作用,从细胞水平体现其肾脏保护作用.
Objective To investigate the effect of Benazeprilat, a converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), on the proliferation of mesangial cells in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods Cell culture and 3H-thymidine (3H-TdR) incorporation were used. Results (1) 3H-TdR incorporation rate in AngⅡ group was higher than that in control group. (2) 3H-TdR incorporation rate in AngⅡ plus Benazeprilat group was lower than that in AngⅡ group. (3) Stimulation of mesangial cell proliferation and Benazeprilat inhibition in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Benazepril can reverse the proliferation of SHR mesangial cells stimulated by AngⅡ, which shows its protective effect on kidney from cellular level.
