目的探讨ipo13、CD146在子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyp,EP)与正常子宫内膜中的表达及临床意义。方法收集重庆医科大学附属第一医院2010年3～7月行宫腔镜手术取得的40例内膜息肉与因子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术的40例正常内膜组织,采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测ipo13、CD146蛋白在子宫内膜息肉及正常内膜中的表达。结果无论在月经周期的增生期还是分泌期,EP中ipo13和CD146的表达均低于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。结论ipo13、CD146在EP中表达下降,推测EP发病可能与子宫内膜干/祖细胞活性异常有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ipo13 and CD146 in endometrial polyp (EP) and normal endometrium. Methods Forty cases of endometrial polyps and 40 cases of hysteromyoma hysteromyoma obtained from hysteroscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from March to July in 2010 were collected and examined by immunohistochemical SP method Expression of ipo13 and CD146 proteins in endometrial polyps and normal endometrium. Results The expression of ipo13 and CD146 in EP was lower than that in normal endometrium (P <0.05) both in proliferative phase and secretory phase of menstrual cycle. Conclusions The expression of ipo13 and CD146 in EP is decreased, suggesting that the pathogenesis of EP may be related to the abnormal activity of endometrial stem / progenitor cells.
