枪叶野决明草Thermonsis lanceolata中生物硷的含量測定方法,苏联第八版药典已有記载作者为了得到更精确的結果,建議不必从氨硷性溶液中三次提取,以及二次从酸性溶液中提取,然后硷化。同时亦建議为了避免生成稳定的乳剂,必須应用27—28％盐酸不用8％盐酸溶液,作者也建議不一定用20—30％氢氧化鈉硷化,根据实驗結果本文提出的方法其精确度不比药典差,分析时間也縮短了。
The method of determination of the content of bio-scandrel in Thermonsis lanceolata of the schizophyllum sphaerocarpa has been described in the Soviet Union’s eighth edition of the Pharmacopoeia. In order to obtain more accurate results, it is recommended that three extractions from the ammoniacal solution and two from the acidic solution are not recommended. Extract, and then degenerate.
