将用磷酸二氢钾浸种处理的小麦和玉米种子,分别在30,25和20℃及0.0和-0.5MPa环境水势条件下萌发,测定萌发率与生长量等指标。结果表明:①玉米浸种的适宜磷酸二氢钾浓度为0.1mmol/L;②磷浸种使玉米和小麦的萌发时间提前;③磷浸种对种苗生长量的影响与不同作物及生长温度有密切关系,在高温下磷的作用明显;④不同浸种处理在萌发生长过程中,其吸胀—活化—生长阶段的划分有一定区别
Wheat and maize seeds treated with potassium dihydrogen phosphate soaking were germinated at 30, 25 and 20 ℃ and 0.0 and -0.5MPa respectively. The indexes of germination rate and growth rate were determined.
