目的 研究Graves眼病患者眼外肌中胞间黏附分子 1(intercellularadhesionmolecule 1,ICAM 1)和血管细胞黏附分子 1(vascularcelladhesionmolecule 1,VCAM 1)的表达。方法 采用免疫组织化学双重染色方法对 16例严重Graves眼病患者的眼外肌冰冻组织切片进行光学显微镜观察。结果 ICAM 1在眼外肌束膜结缔组织、单核细胞、成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞中表达 ;VCAM 1在血管内皮细胞中表达 ;眼外肌细胞无该两种黏附分子的表达。结论 ICAM 1和VCAM 1参与Graves眼病的病理发生过程 ;成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞和单核细胞在自身免疫反应中起着重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM 1) in extraocular muscles of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy. Methods Immunohistochemical double staining method was used to observe the frozen sections of extraocular muscles of 16 patients with severe Graves ophthalmopathy by light microscopy. Results ICAM 1 was expressed in extraocular muscle bundle connective tissue, monocytes, fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells. VCAM 1 was expressed in vascular endothelial cells. There was no expression of these two adhesion molecules in extraocular muscle cells. Conclusions ICAM 1 and VCAM 1 are involved in the pathogenesis of Graves ophthalmopathy. Fibroblasts, vascular endothelial cells and monocytes play an important role in autoimmunity.
