1 引言随着网络技术的发展,Web日趋成为目前重要的信息系统。数据库系统如何与Web集成(DBMS-Web)成为数据库研究领域的重要课题。这一集成可以充分发挥DBMS高效的数据存储和管理能力,以Web为平台,将客户端融入Web浏览器,为Internet用户提供简单方便、内容丰富的服务。具体地,数据库系统与Web的集成具有以下优点:(1)客户端的平台独立性。客户端统一使用Web浏览器,从而省去了在Client/Server模式下为不同的平台开发客户程序的重复劳动。(2)系统的可伸缩性,易于扩充和修改。(3)对于用户来说,界面统一,易于使用。
1 Introduction With the development of network technology, the Web has become an important information system. How Database System Integration with the Web (DBMS-Web) has become an important topic in the field of database research. This integration can give full play to DBMS efficient data storage and management capabilities to the Web as a platform, the client into the Web browser, Internet users with simple and convenient, rich content services. Specifically, the integration of the database system with the Web has the following advantages: (1) platform independence of the client. Client unified use of the Web browser, eliminating the duplication of work in the Client / Server mode for different platforms to develop client programs. (2) system scalability, easy to expand and modify. (3) For the user, the interface is uniform and easy to use.
