目的:了解基层医疗机构医务人员手卫生状况。方法:按照WHO提出的手卫生5个重要时刻,制作手卫生依从性调查表,采用现场观察记录的方式了解医务人员手卫生现状。结果:越是基层医疗机构其医务人员手卫生依从性越低。结论:医疗机构管理者及主管部门需要更加重视医院感染,加强培训,制定政策,促进交流,确保医疗感染控制理念深入基层,推进手卫生工作开展,提高医务人员手卫生依从性。
Objective: To understand the health status of medical staff in primary medical institutions. Methods: According to the WHO proposed hand hygiene five important moments, making hand hygiene compliance questionnaire, the use of on-site observation records to understand the medical staff hand hygiene status. Results: The more grass-roots medical institutions, the lower their hand hygiene compliance. Conclusion: Medical institution managers and authorities need to pay more attention to nosocomial infections, strengthen training, make policies and promote exchanges so as to ensure that the concept of medical infection control goes deep into the grass roots, promote the development of hand hygiene and improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel.
