芦丁的含量测定有硝酸铝比色法、三氯化铝比色法及紫外分光光度法。前者操作较烦,且有槲皮素干扰存在,后者虽扣除了槲皮素的干扰,但分析的准确度较差。我们采用反相HPLC法对芦丁原料及片剂中的芦丁含量进行测定,方法简便、准确,重现性好。实验方法及结果一、仪器和试药日立638-50型色谱仪;使用20RBAXODS色谱柱,4.6×150mm。芦丁及槲皮素对照品均为卫生部药品生物制品检定所分发。水杨酸:AR、北京化工厂。试剂:均为分析纯。二、分析条件的确定
Rutin determination of aluminum nitrate colorimetric method, aluminum trichloride colorimetric and UV spectrophotometry.
