近几年来,太原团市委积极采取措施,不断探索促进青年再就业的路子。特别是全国再就业工作会议以后,按照团中央的具体部署,加强了青年就业服务组织和青年就业服务网络的建设,进一步完善了以青年创业服务中心为依托推进再就业工作的新模式,取得了明显成效。2002年以来,我们先后举办转岗培训班128期,培训下岗失业青年2.3万多人次,提供就业咨询和中介服务5.4万人次,帮助1.5万余名青年实现了再就业,并扶持480多名下岗失业青年走上创业之路。
