目的评价3,4-双(4’-氨基呋咱基-3’)氧化呋咱(DATF)对大耳白兔眼睛是否有刺激作用及其程度。方法选择4只大耳白兔,采用自身对照方式,分别用DATF 100 mg对大耳白兔左侧眼睛进行给药,于给药后1、24、48、72 h和4、7 d采用裂隙灯观察大耳白兔的双眼角膜、虹膜和结膜,对其损伤程度参照评分标准进行评分。结果 DATF对兔眼角膜、虹膜、结膜均有刺激性,并伴有充血、水肿和分泌物,给药后1和24 h眼刺激总积分均值分别为43和94,48 h后各观察点总积分均值都达到最高评分值110,对照右眼的总积分均值都为0。结论 DATF对大耳白兔眼睛具有重度刺激性。
Objective To evaluate whether 3,4-bis (4’-aminofurazan-3 ’) furanodan (DATF) stimulates the eyes of large white rabbits. Methods Four large white rabbits were selected. The left eye of the white rabbits was dosed with DATF 100 mg, and the rabbits were dug at 1, 24, 48, 72 h and 4 and 7 d The eyes of the rabbits were examined for cornea, iris and conjunctiva, and the degree of damage was scored according to the grading standards. Results DATF was irritating to the cornea, iris and conjunctiva of rabbits with congestive, edema and excretion. The mean total eye irritation scores at 1 and 24 h after administration were 43 and 94 h The mean of the points reached the highest score of 110, and the mean of the total points of the right eye of the control was 0. Conclusion DATF has severe irritation to the eyes of rabbits.
